Types of Data Collected
When you place an order or attempt to check out, our system collects and stores the following data:

  • Full name (first and last)
  • Billing street address, city, state, and ZIP code
  • Shipping street address (if different from billing)
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional, but recommended for carrier contact)
  • IP address at the time of order
  • Browser user agent string (identifies browser type and operating system)

Payment Data Handling
We do not collect or store full credit card numbers, CVV security codes, or expiration dates. Credit card fields are processed by our payment gateway (Stripe) through an embedded form. Our servers receive only a payment token, the last 4 digits of the card, and the card type.

Purposes of Data Use
Collected data is used only for the following five purposes:

  1. Order processing and shipping label generation
  2. Sending order confirmation, shipment notification, return approval, and refund emails
  3. Responding to customer service inquiries
  4. Fraud prevention (comparing IP address location to billing ZIP code)
  5. Tax record retention as required by law

Third-Party Data Sharing (limited to these three categories)
We share necessary data only with the following three categories of third parties. Only the minimum required fields are shared.

  1. Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) – shipping name and shipping address only. No email or phone number is shared.
  2. Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) – billing name, billing address, and payment token
  3. Email sending service – email address only, for transactional emails (no marketing emails)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers, data brokers, market research firms, or any other commercial entity.

Data Retention Period
Order data is retained for 3 years from the date of your last purchase. If no new order activity occurs within 3 years, your personal data is either anonymized or deleted.

Types of Cookies Used
This website sets only two functional cookies. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

  • cart_id – stores shopping cart contents. Expires after 30 days.
  • session – stores current session state. Deleted when you close your browser.

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing the address in Section 6 (Contact Information). You must use the email address you used to place your order. The subject line must say “DELETE MY DATA”. We confirm deletion within 10 business days. After deletion, your order records cannot be retrieved, and refunds or other services that require order lookup may no longer be possible.

Policy Change Notification
If this privacy policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. No separate email notice is sent. You are responsible for checking this page periodically.
